Do I need to be Asian to join?

While Lambda Phi Epsilon was founded to support Asian American men, we welcome all men who are interested in promoting Asian cultural awareness and supporting our mission.

What is the time commitment?

During rush, expect to attend multiple events per week. As a pledge, you'll attend weekly meetings and participate in chapter activities. Brothers typically dedicate 5-10 hours per week to fraternity activities.

Are there any costs involved?

Yes, there are membership dues that cover chapter operations, events, and national fraternity fees. We offer payment plans and work with members to ensure finances aren't a barrier to joining.

Is Lambda Phi Epsilon a hazing-free organization?

Absolutely. Lambda Phi Epsilon has a strict anti-hazing policy. Our pledging process is designed to build brotherhood, leadership, and personal growth in a safe and supportive environment.
